            The DWK manufacturing base is an intelligent manufacturing base for the manufacturing of core components of machine tools and the manufacturing and R&D of sheet metal products. The base was founded in 1993 and has nearly 30 years of experience in component production and complete machine production of laser cutting machines, CNC bending machines, and CNC shearing machines. A long history of assembly. After several renovations and expansions, it currently has a factory area of approximately 22,000 square meters and more than 200 R&D and production personnel. It has a series of manufacturing equipment such as professional sheet metal design, laser cutting, bending, machine assembly, clamping and riveting processing, welding, gantry machining center, boring and milling machining center, shot blasting, and painting.

            The production base completely retains the manufacturing process of core components, strictly adheres to the production and manufacturing process, and aims to provide DWK customers with high-quality CNC metal processing equipment.

    Geographical location

    The DWK manufacturing base is located in Tianjin, the second largest city in northern China. It is located in the core area of the Bohai Rim Economic Circle and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Industrial Zone. It has complete industrial facilities in the region. It is 170 kilometers away from Beijing Daxing International Airport and only 43 kilometers away from Tianjin Port. It has land, sea and air facilities. Transportation is very convenient; relying on well-known universities such as Nankai University and Tianjin University of Science and Technology, the huge educational resources bring continuous innovation to the company.

      Machine frames are machined using gantry machining centers and floor-standing boring and milling machines

      Painting

      Surface treatment such as sandblasting and painting on the machine surface

      Assembly

      Assemble the CNC operating system, hydraulic system, backgauge system, deflection compensation system and other system components in a scientific and reasonable way.

      FINAL INSPECTION

      Conduct debugging and trial operation of the machine. After testing the accuracy and stability, the machine is ready to leave the factory and is waiting for delivery.

    At present, DWK has more than 80 processing and testing equipment, more than 10 sets of five axis machining centers, boring and milling machines, precision engraving machines, CNC machining machines, and dozens of Press brake, laser cutting machines, welding robots and other metal forming machines. 15 sets of detection equipment including laser analyzers, laser interferometers, laser power analyzers, and photoelectric autocollimators.
