Basic Configuration

    • Accuracy and repeatability: The Y-axis control system provides high-precision bending operations, ensuring high dimensional accuracy of the processed workpieces and maintaining consistency across repeated bending tasks.

      Speed and Efficiency: Advanced Y-axis technology increases bending speeds, resulting in higher productivity. By optimizing motion control algorithms and using high-performance drive systems, fast and precise bending operations can be achieved.

      Automation and intelligence: Advanced Y-axis systems usually integrate automation and intelligence functions, which can realize automated bending processes through programming, reduce manual intervention, and improve production efficiency.

      Programmability and flexibility: Y-axis technology allows users to flexibly adjust the bending angle and path through programming to adapt to the needs of different workpieces and provide greater production flexibility.

    • One-button release quick clamping, clamp with quick release lever to speed up tool changes. Quick release clamp allows vertical installation and removal of punches. No need to move the tool (punch) sideways. If you need to process thin metal sheets you don’t need to change tools frequently. DWK fixtures have strict quality requirements and standards.
    • · The front support system is sturdy and durable, and each machine can carry 100 kg. It is an ideal device to reduce the physical burden on machine tool operators in daily use.

      · The replaceable and foldable front support frame can be upgraded to make plate processing more convenient.

    • There are lights on the front and back of the machine workbench. The number of groups is increased according to the length of the machine, which facilitates daily operation and maintenance and provides a bright and safe environment for sheet metal processing.
    • DELEM/Cybelec CNC systems feature:

      · 2D graphics touch screen programmable module;
      · 3D visualization, modeling and production;
      · Automatically generate bending steps;
      · Automatic calculation of pressure and angle during bending process;
      · Machine frame deflection compensation function;
      · Determine the function of plate thickness;
      · USB port for data transfer and backup;
      · Advanced Y-axis control algorithm accurately controls the Y-axis pressure to ensure bending accuracy;
      · Industry 4.0 software support.

    • The two-way mechanical deflection compensation mechanism adopts a unique wedge mechanism. Each set of wedges is designed to match the deflection of the upper and lower beams. When bending the workpiece, the CNC calculates the required compensation amount based on the load force and automatically sets the relative movement amount of the workpiece.

      The wedges effectively compensate for the deflection of the movable beam. The mechanical compensation mechanism is complete and reliable, with high precision and minimal error.

    • The main components use the French SCHNEIDER brand, and the servo motors are from the ESTUN brand, ensuring stable operation and strong anti-interference capability. 

      The electrical cabinet has a well-organized and clear wiring layout, facilitating maintenance or troubleshooting, and it provides efficient heat dissipation.  
    • Indigenously developed back gauge system, optionally equipped with multiple axes, offering a wide positioning range. 

      Components utilize internationally renowned brands such as TBM, ensuring durability and fast positioning speeds.
    • The press brake adopts a mature hydraulic system solution, providing reliable performance, low failure rate, and excellent overall functionality. 

      High-frequency servo motors and hydraulic pumps, combined with internationally acclaimed hydraulic valve groups, enable precise control of Y1 and Y2. 

      Integrated with the control system, it forms a data feedback loop, ensuring fast and accurate control of the movement of the ram.
    • To prevent personnel and foreign objects from entering the active range of the back gauge.

      Ensuring the safe and high-precision operation of the precision back gauge system.

      Upgradeable to an electric roll-up door.
